This is our major service interval — a deep mechanical and electrical inspection similar to a full professional shop service.

What this includes:

• Frame, folding mechanisms, basket mounts, and headset inspection
• Tire wear evaluation, tube/sealant checks, and wheel bearing checks
• Brake pad measurement, rotor trueness, cable/hose inspection, and parking brake service
• Chain wear measurement, drivetrain adjustments, and component inspection
• Battery health check, charger inspection, wiring verification, and motor performance test
• For trikes: rear axle assembly, differential area, rear frame stress points, and loaded test ride

This service ensures long‑term reliability and safety across the entire fleet.
