Welcome to RentNRideEbikes by Klinetics, Inc. — we're excited to get you rolling on a fun, safe, and eco-friendly adventure!
Please take a few minutes to review these important operating and safety instructions before riding.

✅ Before You Ride

1. Inspect the Bike:

Tires: Fully inflated, no visible damage
Brakes: Firm and responsive
Lights: Front and rear lights working properly
Battery: Fully charged and locked in place
Frame & Handlebars: No cracks or loose parts

2. Adjust Your Fit:

Seat Height: Adjust so knees have a slight bend when pedaling
Helmet: Properly fitted and securely fastened (helmets are provided free and required)

⚙️ Operating Your Lectric™ E-Bike

1. Powering On:

Press and hold the Power button on the display for 2–3 seconds.

2. Pedal Assist & Throttle:

Pedal Assist Levels (PAS): 0 (off) to 5 (maximum assist)
Use the + / – buttons on the display to change assist levels.
Thumb Throttle (right handlebar): Instantly engages the motor when PAS is set to 1 or higher.

3. Braking:

Gently apply both brakes evenly.
The motor automatically cuts off when braking.

4. Shifting Gears (if equipped):

Shift gears only while pedaling.
Lower gears: Easier pedaling uphill.
Higher gears: Better speed on flat surfaces.

5. Turning Off:

Press and hold the Power button again to power down the bike.

⚠️ Safety Rules

Helmet Required: Always wear a helmet while riding.
Follow Traffic Laws: Obey stop signs, signals, and ride in the direction of traffic.
Ride Defensively: Be aware of vehicles, pedestrians, and other cyclists.
No Sidewalk Riding: Use bike lanes or ride along the right side of the road.
No Tricks or Stunts: Ride responsibly — no jumping, tricks, or reckless behavior.
One Rider Per Bike: No passengers unless using an approved child trailer.
Stay Sober: Never ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Wet Conditions: Avoid riding on wet roads — braking distances increase when wet.

🔋 Battery Tips

Range is affected by rider weight, terrain, assist level, and weather.
Turn off the bike when not in use to save battery life.
Do not tamper with or attempt to remove the battery. Contact us for assistance.
